Construction of Pressure Vessel Risk Evaluation Index System

摘要 针对统计中发现压力容器的实际状态与使用单位人员、设备、环境和管理高度相关的情况,遵循系统性、科学性、目的性、可操作性和定性定量相结合五项原则,以染色机为例,构建了染色机风险等级评估指标体系。借助yaahp软件通过层次分析法确定各指标权重,采用模糊综合评价法对杭州地区100台染色机做风险评估,同时提出风险对策及建议。 In view of the fact that the pressure vessels’actual state are highly related to the personnel,equipment,environment and management of the consumer company.Through keeping to the five principles of systematicness,scientificity,purpose,operability and the combination of qualitative and quantitative,and taking the dyeing machine as an example,the risk grade evaluation index system of the dyeing machine was constructed.In addition,the yaahp software was adopted to determine the weight of each index through analytic hierarchy process,including having the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method employed to do risk assessment of 100 dyeing machines in Hangzhou area,and present the risk countermeasures and put forward suggestions concerned.
