摘要
茵陈蒿汤来源于《伤寒论》,根据辨证论治的基本原则,通过调整其药物组成,成为临床治疗黄疸的名方。黄疸主要是因为湿热在肝胆蕴结,胆汁外溢肌肤导致,其临床表现主要为燥热烦渴、身目发黄。茵陈蒿汤主要由大黄、栀子及茵陈组成,现代药理学研究发现其不仅能抗肝纤维化、保肝利胆,还能抗肿瘤、增强免疫、抗炎镇痛,并可保护胰腺组织等。随着现代医学技术的发展和完善,茵陈蒿汤的药理研究也取得了一定进展,在多种疾病的治疗中得到了运用,同时也体现了中医“异病同治”的思想。文章主要查阅了有关茵陈蒿汤的文献资料,分析了其临床中医药理机制,并探讨了其治疗运用的情况,此文的研究结果为茵陈蒿汤临床应用后期标准的制订提供了借鉴。
Yinchenhao Decoction is derived from Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Febrile Diseases).According to the basic principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,through the adjustment of its composition,it is a famous prescription for clinical treatment of jaundice.Jaundice is mainly caused by the accumulation of dampness and heat in the liver and gallbladder,and the bile spills over the skin.Its clinical manifestations are mainly dryness and heat,polydipsia,and yellowing of the body and eyes.Yinchenhao Decoction is composed of Rhubarb,Gardeniae Fructus and Artemisiae Scopariae Herba.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Yinchenhao Decoction can not only prevent liver fibrosis,protect liver and gallbladder,but also protect tumor,enhance immunity,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,and protect pancreatic tissue.With the development and improvement of modern medical technology,the pharmacological research of Yinchenhao Decoction has also made some progress.It has been used in the treatment of a variety of diseases,and at the same time,the thought of"treating different diseases together"of traditional Chinese medicine has been reflected. In this paper, the literature about Yinchenhao Decoction was reviewed, the clinical traditional Chinese medicine pharmacological mechanism of Yinchenhao Decoction was analyzed, and the therapeutic application of Yinchenhao Decoction was discussed. The research results of this paper provide reference for the formulation of the standard of late clinical application of Yinchenhao Decoction.
