摘要
该文从数字中国建设、建筑业高质量发展要求出发,分析了建筑业数字化转型的内涵与要求,分析了当前土木工程人才培养中存在的问题。该文提出,土木工程专业数字化应用型人才培养的关键在于明确人才培养定位、更新人才培养理念、重构实践教学体系以及构建开放办学生态。并以西藏民族大学为例,论述了其从人才培养路径建立、数字化实践平台建设、教学团队组建、校企合作育人、多学科交叉融合育人等方面创新土木工程专业数字化应用型人才培养的实践,总结了取得的初步成效。
Starting from the requirements of the building of a digital China and the high-quality development of the construction industry,the connotation and requirements of digital transformation in the construction industry,as well as the current problems in the training of civil engineering talents are analyzed.It is proposed that the key to cultivating digital application-oriented talents majoring in civil engineering lies in clarifying the service goals of talents,updating the training concepts of talents,reconstructing the practical teaching system,and building an open education ecology.Taking Xizang Minzu University as an example,this paper innovates the training of digi-tal application-oriented talents majoring in civil engineering from the aspects of establishment of a talent training path,construction of a digital practice platform,establishment of a teaching team,school-enterprise cooperation in education,multidisciplinary integration in education,etc.,and summarizes the preliminary achievements.
