摘要
该研究旨在深入分析跆拳道体能训练的现状,并提出相应的改进策略。当前,跆拳道体能训练存在训练方法单一、与实际比赛脱节等问题,这些问题制约了运动员的全面发展。为此,该研究提出了以下改进策略:创新训练方法、优化训练强度、加强训练与比赛实际的结合,以及完善训练效果评估体系。通过实施这些策略,旨在提升跆拳道运动员的体能水平,进而增强其在比赛中的竞争力。该研究不仅对跆拳道体能训练具有理论指导意义,同时也为其他体育项目的体能训练提供了一定的借鉴价值。
This study aims toconduct an in-depth analysis of the current status of Taekwondo physical training and propose targeted improvement strategies.Current physical training of Taekwondo is faced with the problems of single training method and disconnection from actual competition,which restricts the all-round development of athletes.Therefore,this study puts forward some improvement strategies,such as innovating training methods,optimizing training intensity,strengthening the combination of training and competition reality,and perfecting the training effect evaluation system.These initiatives aim is to improve the physical level of Taekwondo athletes and enhance their competitiveness in the competition.This study not only has guiding significance for physical training of Taekwondo,but also provides some reference for physical training of other sports.
