摘要
随着玻璃钢制品的广泛应用,由其产生的异味问题也日益引起人们的关注。本文利用袋式法和气味活度法筛选出了3款玻璃钢制品中的典型气味物质,并建立了各物质的气味强度-质量浓度对数特征曲线。结果表明,各样件中的典型气味物质主要是苯系物、醛酮和醇酯类物质,且这些物质的气味强度与质量浓度对数间均呈线性关系,相关性良好。同时,基于特征曲线和气味活度值得到的整改系数结果,发现各样件中优先整改的气味物质分别为壬醛、苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯和正丁醇。本方法具有较好的实践指导意义。
With the widespread application of FRP products,the odor problem caused by them has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,the typical odor substances in three FRP products were screened by bag method and odor activity method,and the logarithmic characteristic curve of odor intensity-mass concentration of each substance was established.The results showed that the typical odor substances in each sample were mainly benzene series,aldehydes and ketones,and alcohol esters,and the odor intensity of these substances had a linear relationship with the logarithm of mass concentration,and the correlation was good.At the same time,based on the results of the rectification coefficient obtained from the characteristic curve and the odor activity value,it was found that the odor substances with priority rectification in each sample were nonanal,styrene and methyl methacrylate,styrene and n-butanol,respectively.This method has good practical guiding significance.
