摘要
为实现新钢生产降本增效、节能减排目标,对新钢6号、7号烧结机采取漏风治理、微负压改造、烧结料层厚度提升、布料优化和返矿筛尺寸优化等措施,使得新钢6号、7号机烧结经济技术指标明显提升。
In order to achieve the goals of cost reduction,efficiency improvement,energy conservation,and emission reduction in the production of Xinyu Steel,measures such as air leakage control,micro negative pressure transformation,increase in sintering material layer thickness,optimization of fabric distribution,and optimization of ore return screen size have been taken for the sintering machines of New Steel No.6 and No.7,resulting in a significant improvement in the economic and technical indicators of sintering machines.
