摘要
数字化转型已成企业发展必经之路,而财务领域的数字化更是精益管理的利器。文章深入研究了财务数字化转型对企业精益管理的重要作用,通过财务数字化转型,企业得以提升财务管理效能,优化资源配置,并强化风险控制,进而深化精益管理。文章提出财务数字化面临的挑战,提出了相应对策,以期企业通过财务数字化转型,强化技术研发与人才培养,实现转型与业务发展的深度融合,推动企业管理向更高层次迈进。
Digital transformation has become a necessary path for enterprise development,and digitalization in the financial field is a powerful tool for lean management.This article deeply studies the important role of financial digital transformation in lean management of enterprises.Through the digital transformation of finance,enterprises can improve financial management efficiency,optimize resource allocation,strengthen risk control,and deepen lean management.This article presents the challenges faced by financial digitization and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to strengthen technology research and talent development,achieve deep integration of transformation and business development,and promote enterprise management to a higher level through financial digitization transformation.
