摘要
介绍了一种混动发动机停缸位置控制技术的原理及动力总成试验研究。试验表明,采用发动机停缸位置控制技术可有效改善混动发动机启停过程中的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能。基于发动机运行特性,存在最优的发动机停缸位置范围;在此范围内对应特定的最优启动转矩。发动机熄火后,通过电机控制发动机停至最优角度,并在下次启动发动机时采用最优启动转矩,可显著提升混动发动机启停平顺性。
Introducing the principles of a hybrid engine cylinder deactivation position control technology and its experimental study on powertrain performance.The experiments demonstrate that this technology effectively improves the noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)performance during the startstop process of hybrid engines.Based on the engine's operating characteristics,there exists an optimal range for the engine cylinder deactivation position,which corresponds to a specific optimal starting torque.After the engine shuts down,the motor controls the engine to stop at the optimal angle.During the next engine start,the optimal starting torque is applied,significantly enhancing the smoothness of the hybrid engine's start-stop process.
