摘要
井筒硫沉积堵塞是影响高含硫气井正常生产的客观问题,分析井筒硫沉积机理、产生条件及时间、出现位置、表现出的特征、防治及解堵措施,掌握不同类型气井井筒硫沉积的预测方法,及时实施硫沉积防治措施保障气井的正常生产起到关键作用。文章开展井筒硫沉积形成条件分析,结合气井生产实际,提出井筒出现硫沉积的辨识新方法,准确度达90%。
Wellbore sulfur deposition blockage is an objective problem that affects the normal production of high sulfur gas wells.Analyzing the mechanism,conditions,time,location,characteristics,prevention and unblocking measures of wellbore sulfur deposition,mastering the prediction methods of different types of wellbore sulfur deposition,and timely implementing sulfur deposition prevention and control measures play a key role in ensuring the normal production of gas wells.The article conducts an analysis of the conditions for the formation of sulfur deposits in wellbores,and proposes a new method for identifying sulfur deposits in wellbores based on the actual production of gas wells,with an accuracy of 90%.
