摘要
为进一步推进数字赋能老年体育服务高质量发展,文本运用逻辑分析、文献资料等方法,分析了数字赋能老年体育服务高质量发展的内涵,并提出构建其发展体系主要包括制度保障体系、数据开放服务体系、协同创新体系、基础设施体系和应用服务体系。然而,当前数字赋能老年体育服务还存在技术创新不够、应用场景覆盖范围有限、老年体育服务数据开放不够、协同创新不够、制度建设不够完善等问题,以此提出数字赋能老年体育服务高质量发展实现路径:加大投入,不断完善数字基础建设;强化技术创新,拓展应用场景;完善数据开放机制,确保数据共享;多元并举,推进协同创新;完善制度,优化发展环境。
In order to further promote the high-quality development of digital empowered elderly sports services,this article uses logical analysis,literature review and other methods to analyze the connotation of high-quality development of digital empowered elderly sports services,and proposes to construct its development system,which mainly includes institutional guarantee system,data open service system,collaborative innovation system,infrastructure system and application service system.However,there are still problems with the current digital empowerment of elderly sports services,such as insufficient technological innovation,limited coverage of application scenarios,insufficient openness of elderly sports service data,insufficient collaborative innovation,and inadequate institutional construction.Therefore,the implementation path to high-quality development of digital empowerment for elderly sports ser-vices is proposed as follows:first,increasing investment and continuously improving digital infrastructure construction;second,strengthening technological innovation and expanding application scenarios;third,improving data openness mechanisms to ensure data sharing;fourth,diversifying and promoting collaborative innovation;last,improving the institution and optimize the development environment.
