摘要
链格孢(Alternaria sp.)是生态系统中最为常见的真菌之一,广泛分布在世界各地,适应性极强,超过95%兼性寄生在植物上,给全球农业生产带来严重的经济损失。链格孢在侵染寄主过程中产生多种有毒性次级代谢产物,大部分具有细胞毒性、致癌性和致突变性;同时链格孢也是一种新的微生物资源,在抑菌、杀虫和抗原生生物方面发挥着重要作用,蕴藏巨大潜在应用价值。本研究对链格孢的致病性、链格孢害防治措施以及开发利用的最新研究进展进行了系统阐述,以期为有效防治和控制链格孢病害提供科学依据。
A lternaria sp.is one of the most common fungal pathogens in the ecosystem.It is widely distributed all over the world and has strong adaptability.More than 95%of A lternaria facultatively parasitize on plants,which brings serious economic losses to global agricultural production.A lternaria produces a variety of toxic secondary metabolites,most of which are cytotoxic,carcinogenic,and mutagenic;at the same time,A lternaria is also a new microbial resource,which has great potential application value and plays an important role in bacteriostasis,insecticidal and antigenic organisms.In this study,the pathogenicity of A lternaria,the prevention and control technology of A lternaria damage and the development and use of A lternaria were systematically elaborated,to give a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of A lternaria disease.
