摘要
目的探讨中药灌肠对慢性肾脏病(CKD)3~5期非透析患者临床症状、肾功能指标的改善情况。方法选取2020年10月-2022年8月在上海中医药大学深圳医院罗湖区中医院肾病科就诊的72例CKD 3~5期非透析患者,根据CKD-EPI公式计算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)并进行分期。所有患者均采用科室协定方(护肾灌肠方)治疗2周,比较治疗前后的肾功能指标及临床症状积分变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果经中药灌肠后,CKD 3期、4期患者的eGFR显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);CKD 3~5期患者临床症状积分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);CKD 3~5期患者血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)均降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床总有效率为80.56%(58/72)。结论中药灌肠治疗CKD 3~5期非透析患者,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高其生活质量并延缓肾功能进展,简单方便,具有较大临床价值。
Objective To investigate the improvement of clinical symptoms and renal function indexes of non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 after Chinese medicine enema.Methods A total of 72 non-dialysis patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease who visited Luohu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shenzhen Hospital,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and the glomerular filtration rate was calculated according to the CKD-EPI formula for staging.All patients were treated with departmental renal enema with a 2-week treatment cycle.The changes in renal function indexes and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared,analyze clinical efficacy.Results After Chinese medicine enema,serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)of the patients were decreased,especially the symptom score of TCM was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 80.56%(58/72).Conclusion Chinese medicine enema for the treatment of non-dialysis with chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life,delay the progress of renal function,and the treatment is simple and convenient,which has great clinical value.
