摘要
研究早期子宫内膜癌手术治疗的有效方式。选取2021年1月—2024年1月医院收治的200例早期子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象。随机将其分为常规治疗组和特殊治疗组,每组各100例。常规治疗组实施开腹手术治疗,特殊治疗组实施腹腔镜手术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和围手术期相关指标。结果显示,特殊治疗组的治疗效果较常规治疗组更佳(P<0.05);特殊治疗组围手术期指标、肿瘤标志物指标均较常规治疗组更优(P<0.05);特殊治疗组的不良反应的发生率较常规治疗组更低(P<0.05)。研究发现,采取腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌患者,可改善其临床治疗指标,且具有较高的治疗安全性,值得推广。
To study the effective methods of surgical treatment for early-stage endometrial carcinoma.A total of 200 patients with early-stage endometrial carcinoma admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the special treatment group,with 100 patients in each group.The conventional treatment group received open surgery,and the special treatment group received laparoscopic surgery.The treatment effects and perioperative-related indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the treatment effect of the special treatment group was better than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The perioperative indicators and tumor marker indicators of the special treatment group were superior to those of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the special treatment group was lower than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).It is found that using laparoscopic surgery to treat patients with early-stage endometrial carcinoma can improve their clinical treatment indicators and has a high level of treatment safety,which is worthy of promotion.
