摘要
分析龈沟液中白介素-8(IL-8)、基质金属蛋白酶-8(MMP-8)、白介素-6(IL-6)联合预测年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者IROOT-BP牙髓血运重建的效果。选取2021年9月—2024年3月北京市第二医院收治的87例年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者作为研究对象。针对所有患者开展IROOT-BP PR治疗,根据临床治疗效果将患者分为有效组(n=73)和无效组(n=14)。对比两组患者龈沟液中的IL-8、IL-6、MMP-8水平,分析年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者IROOT-BP牙髓血运重建效果的影响因素。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,龈沟液IL-8、IL-6、MMP-8水平是影响年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者IROOT-BP牙髓血运重建治疗效果的独立危险因素。研究发现,在年轻恒牙根尖周病变患者接受IROOT-BP牙髓血运重建治疗的过程中,监测龈沟液IL-8、IL-6、MMP-8水平变化有利于辅助医生调整治疗方案,优化患者的治疗效果。
This study aims to analyze the combined prediction of the efficacy of IROOT-BP pulp revascularization in patients with periapical lesions of young permanent teeth by interleukin-8(IL-8),matrix metalloproteinase-8(MMP-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in gingival crevicular fluid.A total of 87 patients with periapical lesions of young permanent teeth admitted to Beijing No.2 Hospital from September 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.A half-year follow-up was carried out after the treatment,and the patients were divided into an eff ective group(n=73)and an ineff ective group(n=14)according to the clinical treatment eff ect.The levels of IL-8,IL-6 and MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups of patients were compared,and the influencing factors of the efficacy of IROOT-BP pulp revascularization in patients with periapical lesions of young permanent teeth were analyzed.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the levels of IL-8,IL-6 and MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid were independent risk factors aff ecting the treatment eff ect of IROOT-BP pulp revascularization in patients with periapical lesions of young permanent teeth.The study found that during the IROOT-BP pulp revascularization treatment for patients with periapical lesions of young permanent teeth,monitoring the changes in the levels of IL-8,IL-6 and MMP-8 in gingival crevicular fluid is benefi cial for assisting doctors in adjusting the treatment plan and optimizing the treatment eff ect of patients.
