摘要
目的 分析基于目标导向性运动康复训练对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法 选取2021年2月—2024年8月广州市社会福利院康复医院收治的72例脑性瘫痪患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组36例。对照组采用常规训练,研究组采用基于目标导向性运动康复训练,两组均训练12周。比较两组的运动功能、日常生活自理能力、临床疗效。结果 训练后,研究组粗大运动功能测试量表、精细运动功能评估量表、儿童功能独立性评定量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于目标导向性运动康复训练有利于促进脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能恢复,提高其日常生活能力,改善康复效果,值得应用。
Objective Analyze the impact of goal-oriented motor rehabilitation training on the motor function and activities of daily living of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Seventy-Two children with cerebral palsy admitted to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Guangzhou Social Welfare Institute from February 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received conventional training,while the research group received goal-oriented motor rehabilitation training,both groups underwent training for 12 weeks.The motor function,self-care ability in daily life,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After the training,the scores of the Gross Motor Function Measure Scale,Fine Motor Function Assessment Scale,and Pediatric Functional Independence Measure Scale in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Goal-Oriented motor rehabilitation training is conducive to promoting the recovery of motor function in children with cerebral palsy,improving their daily living ability,and enhancing rehabilitation outcomes.It is worthy of application.
