摘要
目的探究奥美拉唑肠溶片、复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗急性肠胃炎的效果。方法非随机选取2021年2月—2023年2月于菏泽市第三人民医院就诊治疗的88例急性肠胃炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=44,奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗)和观察组(n=44,在对照组基础上结合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗)。比较两组症状改善情况、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组症状(腹痛、腹泻、呕吐、发热)消退时间较对照组短,炎性因子水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组9.10%(4/44)相比,观察组不良反应总发生率(0)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.190,P<0.05)。结论应用奥美拉唑肠溶片、复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗后,急性肠胃炎临床症状能进一步改善,且不良反应较少。
Objective To explore the application of combining omeprazole enteric-coated tablets and compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets for treating acute gastroenteritis.Methods A total of eighty-eight patients with acute gastroenteritis treated in Heze Third Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were non-randomly selected as research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(n=44,combined with compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets)and the observation group(n=44,omeprazole enteric-coated based on the control group).Compare the improvement of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the regression time of symptoms(abdominal pain,diarrhea,vomiting,fever)were shorter and the level of inflammatory factors was lower in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group of 9.10%(4/44),the observation group had a lower overall incidence of adverse reactions(0),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.190,P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets and compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets,the clinical symptoms of acute gastroenteritis could be further improved,and the adverse effects were less.
