摘要
目的探究牙髓炎患者接受早期开髓减压引流术联合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗的效果。方法非随机选取赤峰市松山医院于2021年1月—2024年1月收治的48例牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,按治疗方案差异分为两组,各24例。对照组行早期开髓减压引流术常规治疗,观察组采用开髓减压引流术联合氢氧化钙糊剂治疗。对比两组的炎症反应、咀嚼功能及生活质量。结果观察组炎症反应指标优于对照组,咀嚼功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的生活质量评分为(11.08±2.17)分,低于对照组的(12.63±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.480,P<0.05)。结论氧化锌丁香酚水门汀与氢氧化钙糊剂都具有良好的填充效果,但氢氧化钙糊剂有利于患者咀嚼功能恢复,可有效抑制炎症反应。
Objective To explore the effect of early decompression and drainage combined with calcium hydroxide paste on patients with pulpitis.Methods A total of forty-eight patients with pulpitis treated in Songshan Hospital of Chifeng City from January 2021 to January 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with twenty-four cases in each group according to the difference in treatment plan.The control group received routine treatment with early decompression and drainage,and the observation group was treated with decompression and drainage combined with calcium hydroxide paste.The inflammatory response,masticatory function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The inflammatory response index in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the masticatory function were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of life quality the observation group was 11.08±2.17,which was lower than 12.63±2.16 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.480,P<0.05).Conclusion Both zinc oxide eugenol cement and calcium hydroxide paste have good filling effect,but calcium hydroxide paste is beneficial to the recovery of masticatory function and can effectively inhibit inflammation.
