摘要
随着我国人口老龄化进程加剧及老年人预期寿命延长,研究老年人健康影响因素及提高老年人健康质量已成为应对老龄化社会重要课题。基于2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)数据,借助多元线性回归模型研究医疗服务可及性对老年人健康的影响并进行稳健性检验。研究表明:医疗服务可及性对老年人健康具有显著正向效应。医疗服务可及性对男性、低龄老年人自评健康促进效应较大,对高龄老年人认知能力正向效应较强,对非独居老年人日常活动能力积极影响较为突出。依据研究结果构建出具有4个核心维度的可及性评估模型,即考虑畅通交通、保障经济、优化城乡资源配置、加强体检对策以提高医疗服务可及性水平,继而提高老年人健康水平。
With the intensification of population aging and the increase of life expectancy of the elderly in China,studying the factors influencing the health of the elderly and improving the quality of their health have become an important area to address the aging society.Based on the data from the 2018 Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey(CLHLS),the impact of access to healthcare on the health of the elderly is examined by using multi-variable linear regression mode and tested for robustness.The results of the study show that access to healthcare has a significant positive effect on the health of the elderly people.The availability of healthcare services exerts a more pronounced influence on self-assessed health for males and younger older adults,a more robust positive impact on cognitive abilities for the elderly,and a more evident positive effect on the capacity to perform daily activities for older adults who do not reside alone.Accordingly,the accessibility assessment model is constructed,including four core dimensions:smooth transportation,economic security,resource allocation in urban and rural areas,and the promotion of medical checkups.These dimensions will collectively enhance the accessibility of healthcare services,so as to improve the health status of the elderly.
