航空发动机T6温度测量校准方法的研究

摘要 航空发动机T6温度是衡量发动机热力循环效率的重要参数,在航空发动机的高温环境下,热电偶材料容易因氧化、晶粒生长或相变而导致测量误差。因此,需要定期校准以重新建立温度与电动势之间的对应关系,并补偿误差。针对T6温度测量问题,本研究设计了热电偶测温硬件、软件以及温度校准方法,实验结果表明,通过优化设计的热电偶测量系统和提出的温度校准方法,实现了涡轮出口温度的高度精确测量,平均误差减小了42.62%。 The T6 temperature of an aircraft engine is an important parameter for measuring the thermal cycle efficiency of the engine.In the high-temperature environment of an aircraft engine,thermocouple materials are prone to measurement errors due to oxidation,grain growth,or phase transition.Therefore,regular calibration is needed to re-establish the correspondence between temperature and electromotive force and compensate for errors.In response to the temperature measurement problem of T6,this study designed thermocouple temperature measurement hardware,software,and temperature calibration methods.The experimental results showed that through the optimized design of the thermocouple measurement system and the proposed temperature calibration method,highly accurate measurement of the turbine outlet temperature was achieved,with an average error reduction of 42.62%.
