采煤工作面推采动压影响下巷道矿压显现规律及补强支护研究与应用 被引量:1

Research and Application of Mine Pressure Behavior Law and Reinforcement Support of Roadway under the Influence of Mining Dynamic Pressure in Coal Mining Face

摘要 本文针对210905采煤工作面下部210905运输巷瓦斯治理巷在采动压力影响下的支护问题进行研究。210905工作面回采采动影响导致210905运输巷瓦斯治理巷原锚网支护无法满足支护要求,巷道变形严重。为解决此问题,实施了联合补强支护措施,并采用“十字布点法”布置围岩观测点进行矿压监测。通过观测巷道变形情况和测力计读数,绘制了围岩变形移近量、顶底板下沉量及测力计数据变化曲线图,分析了巷道矿压显现规律及影响范围。研究结果表明,实施联合补强支护能够有效抵抗采动压力对巷道的影响,减少巷道变形,确保巷道正常使用,本文的研究为煤矿巷道支护提供了理论参考和实践指导。 This paper studies the support problem of the gas control roadway of the 210905 transportation roadway located below the 210905 coal mining face under the influence of mining-induced pressure.The original anchor-mesh support of the gas control roadway of the 210905 transportation roadway could no longer meet the support requirements due to the mining-induced impact of the 210905 working face,resulting in severe roadway deformation.To address this issue,combined reinforcement support measures were implemented,and surrounding rock observation points were arranged by using the"cross-point layout method"for mine pressure monitoring.By observing the roadway deformation and reading the load cells,deformation convergence maps of the surrounding rock,roof and floor subsidence maps,and load cell data variation curves were plotted to analyze the mine pressure manifestation laws and the range of influence.The research results indicate that implementing combined reinforcement support can effectively resist the impact of mining-induced pressure on the roadway,reduce roadway deformation,and ensure the normal use of the roadway.The research in this paper provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for roadway support in coal mines.
