古籍文献作为人类文明的瑰宝之一,其传承与守护具有不可估量的重要性。传统的古籍文献管理往往因依赖纸质资料和手动记录而显得复杂且易出错,甚至可能导致珍贵的古籍文献遗产遭受遗失或破坏。信息技术的飞速进步,使古籍文献管理在数字化时代迎来了崭新的机遇。数字技术的运用,改变了管理方式,也改变了服务模式。采用电子化档案存储、数据解析及智能应用,极大地简化了管理流程,提升了效率,并以最有效的方式服务研究者、读者,传承和发扬古籍文献遗产的精髓。
As the treasure of human civilization,the inheritance and protection of ancient books and documents is of immeasurable importance.The traditional management of ancient books and documents seemed to be complicated and error-prone because it mainly relies on paper materials and manual records,and may be subject to the loss or destruction of precious ancient books.With the rapid progress of information technology,the management of ancient books has ushered in a new opportunity in the digital age.The use of digital technology has changed the way of management,and changed the service model as well.The use of electronic file storage,data analysis and intelligent application can greatly simplify the management process,improve efficiency,serve researchers and readers in the most effective way,and inherit and carry forward the essence of ancient book documentary heritage.
