摘要
静脉输液是临床药物治疗中一种常用的给药途径,与临床治疗效果及患者用药安全密切相关。为进一步实现静脉输液安全监护全过程的管理,项目组基于常用静脉注射剂输液溶媒配伍禁忌研究,从医生、药师、护理不同专业角度挖掘关注点,设计出常用静脉注射剂输液溶媒配伍禁忌速查工具,以期更好地服务于临床医护人员,从而提升临床输液安全性。
Intravenous infusion,as a common route of administration in clinical drug therapy,is closely related to clinical treatment outcomes and medication safety in patients.To further achieve comprehensive management of intravenous infusion safety monitoring,based on the study on incompatibility of common intravenous infusion solvents,the project team has designed a quick reference tool for intravenous infusion solvent compatibility by identifying key concerns from the perspectives of medical,pharmaceutical,and nursing professionals,aiming to better serve clinical healthcare providers and thereby enhance the safety of clinical infusion practices.
