摘要
目的探讨miR-181b-5P和红细胞膜蛋白配体4.1样3(EPB41L3)蛋白在喉癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取68例喉癌患者,术中采集肿瘤及癌旁正常组织标本送免疫组化染色,比较不同标本内miR-181b-5P和EPB41L3蛋白表达情况,并分析miR-181b-5P和EPB41L3蛋白表达与病理特征间的关系。结果肿瘤组织内miR-181b-5P阳性表达率较癌旁正常组织高,EPB41L3蛋白阳性表达率较癌旁正常组织低(P<0.05);miR-181b-5P阳性表达组临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化、淋巴结转移占比高于阴性组(P<0.05);EPB41L3蛋白阳性表达组临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化、淋巴结转移占比低于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论miR-181b-5P、EPB41L3蛋白在喉癌组织中存在相反表达,或miR-181b-5P可通过负性调控EPB41L3蛋白表达来促进肿瘤增殖、转移,这可为临床治疗提供新的思路。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-181b-5P and red blood cell membrane protein ligand 4.1-like 3(EPB41L3)protein in laryngeal cancer.Methods 68 patients with laryngeal cancer were selected,all of whom underwent surgical treatment.Tumor and adjacent normal tissue samples were collected and sent for immunohistochemical staining.The expression of miR-181b-5P and EPB41L3 protein in different samples was compared;And analyze the relationship between the expression of miR-181b-5P and EPB41L3 proteins and pathological features.Results The positive expression rate of miR-181b-5P in tumor tissue was higher than that in normal tissue adjacent to cancer,while the positive expression rate of EPB41L3 protein was lower than that in normal tissue adjacent to cancer(P<0.05);The proportion of clinical stagesⅢ~Ⅳ,low differentiation,and lymph node metastasis in the miR-181b-5P positive expression group was higher than that in the negative group(P<0.05);The proportion of clinical stagesⅢ~Ⅳ,low differentiation,and lymph node metastasis in the EPB41L3 protein positive expression group was lower than that in the negative group(P<0.05).Conclusion miR-181b-5P and EPB41L3 proteins have opposite expression in laryngeal cancer,or miR-181b-5P can negatively regulate EPB41L3 protein expression to promote tumor proliferation and metastasis,which can provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
