摘要
目的探讨柴胡疏肝散联合米氮平对抑郁症患者抑郁焦虑症状及认知功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2023年10月驻马店市第二人民医院收治的80例抑郁症患者,按治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40)。对照组采用米氮平治疗,研究组采用柴胡疏肝散联合米氮平治疗。汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、抗抑郁药副反应量表(SERS)评分及血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、锌(Zn)水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40)。治疗后,研究组的HAMD、HAMA、SERS评分分别为(7.16±0.63)分、(9.25±0.53)分、(5.86±0.38)分,低于对照组的(15.95±1.42)分、(13.62±1.35)分、(6.23±0.54)分;MoCA评分、5-HT水平、Zn水平分别为(27.51±1.15)分、(53.69±4.15)pg/mL、(13.25±1.53)μmol/L,高于对照组的(24.02±1.03)分、(51.08±3.03)pg/mL、(11.62±1.05)μmol/L,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者使用柴胡疏肝散联合米氮平治疗能明显提升疗效,缓解抑郁焦虑症状,改善患者认知功能,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with mirtazapine on depressive and anxiety symptoms and cognitive function in patients with depression.Methods A total of 80 patients with depression admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Zhumadian City from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40)according to different treatment plans.The control group was treated with mirtazapine,and the study group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with mirtazapine.The efficacy,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Terrell Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Side Effects Rating Scale for Antidepressants(SERS)scores and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),zinc(Zn)levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than that of the control group[77.50%(31/40)].After treatment,the HAMD,HAMA and SERS scores of the study group were(7.16±0.63)score,(9.25±0.53)score and(5.86±0.38)score,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(15.95±1.42)score,(13.62±1.35)score and(6.23±0.54)score,respectively].MoCA score,5-HT level and Zn level of the study group were(27.51±1.15)min,(53.69±4.15)pg/mL and(13.25±1.53)μmol/L,respectively,which were higher than those of control group[(24.02±1.03)min,(51.08±3.03)pg/mL,(11.62±1.05)μmol/L,respectively],with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with mirtazapine in patients with depression can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,relieve depressive and anxiety symptoms,improve the cognitive function of patients,and has high safety.
