摘要
液化天然气(LNG)在储罐中因温度变化易导致分层和翻滚等问题,如不能有效监测罐内温度变化,会造成严重的安全隐患。介绍了LNG储罐温度计的选型、设计方案,在储罐内罐表面和内罐罐底设置1套多点温度计,在内罐外壁和内外罐环隙空间设置1套多点温度计,并设置2套平均温度计,通过测量储罐不同液位的平均温度有效监测罐内LNG状态。对比分析了平均温度计和多点温度计的工作原理和应用特点,总结了2种类型温度计的安装注意事项。实际应用表明,2种类型温度计组合应用,能够提升温度计量准确性,有效提升LNG储罐运行的安全性。
Regarding the issues of layering and rolling of liquefied natural gas(LNG)in storage tanks during storage,serve safety risk will be resulted if the temperature in the tank is not efficiently monitored.The selection and design scheme of LNG tank thermometer are introduced,one set of multi-point thermometer is set on the inner wall and bottom of the inner tank,the other is set on the outer wall and the annulus of the inner and outer tank,and one set of average thermometer is set,the statues of LNG in storage tank will be monitored efficiently by measuring the average temperature of different liquid levels in the tank.The working principle and applying characteristics of average thermometer and multi-point thermometer are compared and discussed,the installation issues for these two kinds of thermometer are introduced.The practical application results shows that the combination of these two kinds of thermometer can increase the metering accuracy,and efficiently improve the safety of the LNG storage tank operation.
