重大问题导向下本研贯通赋能卓越工程师培养 被引量:1

Successive Bachelor/Graduate Cultivation Empowers Excellent Engineer Training under the Guidance of Major Problems

摘要 为实现科教兴国、人才强国和创新驱动发展战略的有效联动,培养新时代卓越工程师是中国高等工程教育的重要使命。本文基于华中科技大学机械科学与工程学院的探索与实践,以国家关键领域重大问题为导向,从本研贯通培养的角度提出高层次机械工程卓越工程师的学用交替、科教融合、产教协同系统举措,以期为高水平研究型大学培养机械工程卓越工程师、着力打造具有中国特色的机械工程教育体系提供参考和借鉴。 To achieve the effective integration of national strategies for scientific and educational advancement,talent cultivation,and innovation-driven development,training high-level mechanical engineering professionals is a critical mission of higher engineering education in China.This paper,based on the exploration and practice of the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology,proposes a series of measures for cultivating high-level mechanical engineering professionals from the perspective of an integrated undergraduate and graduate education model.The approach is oriented towards addressing major issues in national key areas and emphasizes the alternation between academic and practical training,integration of science and education,and collaboration between industry and education.The aim is to provide references and insights for high-level research universities in developing top-tier mechanical engineering professionals and establishing a mechanical engineering education system with Chinese characteristics.
