基于现代技术的井下刮板机创新设计与研究

摘要 基于现代技术对井下刮板机展开创新设计和研究,并针对关键系统提出设计方案。设计智能控制系统以提高自动化水平,设计实时监测系统以加强设备运行的安全稳定性,设计高效节能动力系统以优化能源利用效率。基于此,创新设计刮板机总体结构及链条与链轮系统、机头机尾、溜子等重要部件,显著提升设备的可靠性和工作效率。 Based on modern technology,the innovative design and research of underground scraper are carried out,and the design scheme is proposed for the key system.The intelligent control system is designed to improve the automation level,the real-time monitoring system is designed to enhance the safety and stability of the equipment operation,and the efficient energy saving power system is designed to optimize the energy utilization efficiency.Based on this,innovative design of the overall structure of the scraper and chain and sprocket system,head and tail,sluice and other important components,significantly improve the reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
