科教产一体化育人模式研究——以山东工商学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 高校育人模式经历了与生产劳动相结合、与企业结合、与产业融合、与科技融合多个阶段。在科技快速迭代更新的时代背景下,高等教育知识科研创新功能被深度激发,催生了科教产一体化育人模式。科教产一体化育人模式的提出和实施是对教育外部规律的遵循,是对国家政策的响应和社会需求的回应,也是高校学科建设的内在要求。山东工商学院探索实施的科教产一体化育人模式,以学科创新为引领,在教学模式、课程设置、师资队伍、科学研究、创新创业教育等多个方面进行了系统改革和探索。 The talent cultivation model in higher education institutions has evolved through multiple stages:integration with productive labor,collaboration with enterprises,convergence with industries,and fusion with technology.Under the background of rapid technological iteration and innovation,the knowledge creation and scientific research functions of higher education have been profoundly stimulated,giving rise to an integrated science-education-industry talent cultivation model.The proposal and implementation of this integrated model adhere to the external principles of education,respond to national policies and social demands,and align with the intrinsic requirements of disciplinary development in universities.Shandong Technology and Business University has explored and implemented this integrated science-education-industry model, guided by disciplinary innovation. Systematic reforms and explorations have been conducted across multiple dimensions, including teaching models, curriculum design, faculty development, scientific research, and innovation and entrepreneurship education.
