基于网络药理学探讨桑枝治疗类风湿关节炎药理作用机制

Exploring the Pharmacological Mechanism of Ramulus mori in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on Network Pharmacology

摘要 应用BATMAN-TCM数据库筛选桑枝对活性成分和靶点基因,使用GeneCards数据库获取类风湿关节炎靶点基因,获取交集基因,即桑枝对于类风湿关节炎治疗的预测靶点基因;并对靶点基因进行GO分析、KEGG通路分析和蛋白互作分析,从分子网络的角度初步揭示桑枝治疗类风湿关节炎的潜在药理作用机制。 The active ingredients and target genes in Ramulus mori were analyzed by using the BATMAN-TCM database,and the target genes for rheumatoid arthritis was obtained by using the GeneCards database,and intersecting genes was obtained as,the predicted target genes for Ramulus mori in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.And GO analysis,KEGG pathway analysis,and protein interaction analysis were performed on the target genes,to preliminarily reveal the potential pharmacological mechanism of Ramulus mori in treating rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of molecular networks.
