摘要
一、引言石器的制作工艺可以反映技术路线、石器功能、社会分工、社会复杂化程度等内容。目前学术界对于磨制石器的制作工艺和整体流程已经基本复原,但制作工艺的具体描述如操作方法、用时等不甚详细,为弥补这一研究的不足,进行了此次实验考古。在此之前,实验组曾经试了3件石料,均在打制减薄毛坯的过程中从中间断裂。一是因为技术不过关;更主要的原因在于石料本身的性质,琢制很难控制打击石器的力度。
The stone spades were one of the important production tools from the middle Neolithic to the Bronze Age,but the related researches were relatively less than others.Among them,the researches on the thinning process of stone shovel were not very detailed.This paper reproduces the life history of stone spades through the experiments of making and using.At the same time,it also probes into the making process and function of stone spades.In the production experiment,the process and thinning technology of stone spades were clarified,and the polishing was preliminarily completed.The striations,scars,and rounding status were observed when the stone spades finished digging and weeding.It also provided an experimental scale for distinguishing the traces of making and use.
