摘要
目的:探讨基于5A模式的分阶段主动循环呼吸技术(ACBT训练)对胸腔镜肺叶切除术后患者肺功能、生命质量及运动能力的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年2月收治的行胸腔镜肺叶切除术后的患者206例,采用抽签法分为对照组(101例)和观察组(105例)。对照组给予传统肺康复训练,观察组给予基于5A模式的分阶段ACBT训练。比较两组患者肺功能[第1秒用力呼气量/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)]、运动能力[6 min步行距离(6 MWD)]、生命质量[癌症病人生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)]。结果:经过2个月的干预,观察组FEV1/FVC,PEF以及EORTC QLQ-C30评分高于对照组,且6 MWD距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腔镜肺叶切除术后患者中运用5A模式的分阶段ACBT训练,可改善患者肺功能,提高机体运动能力,提高患者生命质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of phased active circulatory breathing(ACBT training)based on 5A mode on lung function,quality of life and exercise ability of patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods:From January 2023 to February 2024,206 patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy were selected and divided into control group(101 cases)and observation group(105 cases)by lottery.The control group was given traditional lung rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given phased ACBT training based on 5A model.The lung function[forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity in the first second(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],exercise ability[6-minute walking distance(6 MWD)]and quality of life[quality of life scale for cancer patients(EORTC QLQ-C30)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After two months'intervention,the scores of FEV1/FVC,PEF and EORTC QLQ-C30 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the distance of 6MWD was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying phased ACBT training with 5A mode in patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy can improve their lung function,improve their exercise ability and improve their quality of life.
