摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进,乡村地区的经济、社会、文化和生态环境等已成为国家现代化建设的重要组成部分。绿色发展作为新时代背景下的可持续发展核心理念,旨在通过节约资源、保护生态环境、优化产业结构等方式,实现经济与生态的和谐共生。绿色治理通过政策、法律、技术等手段,实现资源可持续管理、环境保护和生态平衡,促进经济、社会与环境的和谐发展。
With the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,rural construction has become an important component of the country’s modernization construction.Green development,as the core concept of sustainable development in the new era,aims to achieve harmonious coexistence between economy and ecology.Green governance can help to realize the harmonious development among economy,society and environment through means of policies,laws and technologies.
