摘要
在经济管理领域,人工智能赋能企业市场预测、投资决策和资源配置,助力企业提升风险识别能力,实现对企业风险评估的实时反馈。人工智能催生大国之间的产业竞争,加剧国家间的不平等。数据安全隐患对数字经济安全的影响较大,加剧了垄断竞争与贫富分化,诱发大规模失业风险。应加快人工智能产业投入与科技创新,健全人工智能领域的相关法律制度,建立健全数据合规和数据安全体系,确立针对人工智能的包容审慎监管机制。
Artificial intelligence empowers market forecasting,investment decision-making and resource allocation in the field of economic management,which helps enterprises improve their risk identification capabilities and realize real-time feedback on enterprise risk assessment.Meanwhile,artificial intelligence has given rise to industrial competition between major countries and exacerbated inequality between countries.Data security risks have a significant impact on the security of the digital economy,which not only intensify monopolistic competition and wealth disparity,but also induce the risk of large-scale unemployment.We suggested that,the government should increase investment,speed up innovation,improve the relevant legal systems,and establish a supervision system.
