摘要
From the perspective of legislation, China's river basin management system has gone through four primary stages: starting, initial develop-ment, further development and continuous improvement. Looking forward to the future, the river basin management system in China will be further developed with special legislation for large rivers, a comprehensive management system, and emphasis on the responsibilities of local governments.
