摘要
在高频高速印制电路板信号传输过程中,由于存在趋肤效应,铜面粗糙度会直接影响信号传输的完整性。经过不同类型铜面处理药水处理后的板件粗糙度不同,因而对板件造成的插损影响也有差异。基于此,本文采用控制变量法,在图纸设计、工艺流程及测试手法等一致条件下,比较7种不同类型的铜面处理药水对印制电路板的插损影响。此外,同步收集了板件的铜面粗糙度,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测了铜面形貌的差异,旨在为未来深入探究高频高速印制电路板铜面处理工艺对信号传输性能的影响,提供详实的数据支撑与参考。
In the signal transmission process of the high-frequency and high-speed printed circuit board,copper surface roughness will directly affect the integrity of signal transmission due to the existence of skin effect.It is undoubtedly that the board roughness is different by various types of copper surface treatment potion treatment,and thus there is a difference in the effect of insertion loss on the plate.Based on this,this paper adopts the variable control method to compare the effects of seven different types of copper surface treatment potions on the insertion loss of printed circuit boards under consistent conditions of drawing design,process flow and testing practices.In addition,this study simultaneously collected the roughness of the surface of the boards after copper-face treatment and observed the differences in surface morphology using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),aiming to provide detailed data support and reference for future in-depth investigation of the impact of high-frequency and high-speed PCB copper-face treatment processes on signal transmission performance.
