龙卷风引起的500 kV输电杆塔倒塌分析研究

摘要 以盐城地区龙卷风引起的500kV事故铁塔为分析对象,开展现场调查分析,截取事故铁塔主材、塔腿斜材试件进行材料力学性能试验,测得钢材力学性能参数均满足规范要求,并以钢材实测屈服强度作为倒塔分析输入条件。进行铁塔整体受力分析,推算得到杆塔极限风速为42m/s。建立了龙卷风风荷载模型并进行加载分析,结果发现塔腿主材及斜材首先发生破坏,与实际铁塔倒塌状态较为吻合,并提出了杆塔抢修方案。 Based on the tower collapse of 500 kV transmission line induced by the tornado that has happened in Yancheng,the filed investigation and analysis is carried out.Test specimens are cut down from the angle steel used as leg members and diagonal members.Series of mechanical property tests are conducted on the specimens,and measured properties can satisfy the requirements of current standards.The measured yield strength of steel is used as the input data for tower collapse analysis.Then,mechanics behaviors of the tower are computed,and the ultimate wind speed is 42 m/s due to analytical results.At last,tornado load models are established and applied on tower model.The results show that the leg members and diagonal members fail firstly.It is consistent with the actual collapse state of the tower,and emergency repair scheme is proposed and performed.
