摘要
首先将研究生招考工作风险归为泄露风险、出错风险、公平风险和效率风险四类,着重分析四类风险在后疫情时代的表现形式;然后以“研究生招生考试工作正常运行”定义了“健康研考”概念,在此基础上结合风险管理学理论和实际工作,分别探讨了后疫情时代下三种风险控制策略(回避型、预防型和分担型)及典型具体做法,希望有助于健康研考的推进与完善。
The article here firstly identifies risks of disclosure,error,equity and efficiency in the work of postgraduate admission examination in the post-pandemic Era,as well as outcomes resulted from the above-mentioned risks.Then the healthy postgraduate admission examination is defined as“normal operation of postgraduate entrance examination”,based on which,with risk management theo⁃ry and practice,three risk control strategies(avoidance,prevention,and sharing)and typical specific practices are explored,in the hope of improving postgraduate entrance examination.
