T1 mapping技术在锰中毒脑损伤检查中的应用价值

Application value of T1 mapping technology in examination of brain injury caused by manganese poisoning

摘要 对23例锰中毒患者和26名志愿者行颅脑核磁共振(MRI)检查,使用BrainQuantAll软件对高分辨率纵向弛豫时间定量成像(T1 mapping)图和3DT1加权图进行拟合,以解剖自动标记(AAL)重点脑区T1值为研究对象,比较锰中毒组与对照组脑区T1值的差异。结果显示,锰中毒组各脑区T1均值均低于对照组,尾状核、豆状核-壳、豆状核-苍白球、丘脑脑区两组T1均值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T1 mapping结合AAL脑区分割技术对锰中毒脑组织T1值变化的研究,有助于可视性评估各脑区T1值变化,锰中毒组灰质核团脑区T1值减低较皮质脑区更显著。
