摘要
目的:探究儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者睡眠质量与发育、行为表现的相关性。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年8月福建省泉州市第三医院135例儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者为研究对象,均接受儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)、Gesell发育量表、儿童孤独症行为评定量表(ABC)评估,统计其睡眠质量不良发生率,分析CSHQ与Gesell发育量表、ABC评分之间相关性。结果:135例患者中,睡眠质量差发生率为63.70%(86/135);睡眠质量差患者Gesell量表中适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人社会评分均较睡眠良好患者低(P<0.05);睡眠质量差患者ABC量表中感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言评分及总分均较睡眠良好组高(P<0.05);经Pearson分析显示,CSHQ评分与Gesell量表中适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人社会评分负相关,与ABC量表中感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言评分及总分正相关(P<0.05)。结论:儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者睡眠质量与其发育、行为之间存在相关性。
Objective:To explore the correlation between sleep quality and development and behavioral performance in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A total of 135 children with ASD admitted to Quanzhou Third Hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They all received evaluations with the Children′s Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CSHQ),Gesell Developmental Scale,and Autism Behavior Rating Scale(ABC).The incidence of poor sleep quality was statistically analyzed,and the correlations between CSHQ and Gesell Developmental Scale and ABC scores were examined.Results:Among the 135 patients,the incidence of poor sleep quality was 63.70%(86/135).Patients with poor sleep quality had lower scores on the Gesell Developmental Scale in adaptability,gross motor skills,fine motor skills,language,and personal-social domains compared to those with good sleep quality(P<0.05).The scores of sensation,communication,physical movement,language,and total score in ABC scale of patients with poor sleep quality were all higher than those of the good sleep quality group(P<0.05).According to Pearson analysis,the CSHQ score was negatively correlated with the scores of adaptability,gross motor,fine motor,language,and personal social in Gesell scale,and positively correlated with the scores of sensation,communication,physical movement,language,and total score in ABC scale(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a correlation between sleep quality and development and behavior in children with autism spectrum disorder.
