摘要
为解决电力调度指挥困难问题,提出了基于态势感知的电力调度指挥系统。分析了态势感知的关键技术,分析了电力调度的态势感知的应用模块。提出了基于态势感知的电力调度指挥系统总体架构、硬件架构,分析了系统功能,结合调度指挥态势展示、网络下令、停电计划管理、设备状态管理等内容进行了功能分析,设计了系统接口,说明了系统应用场景,针对所提出的系统进行实例论证,说明了系统的高可用设计。
To solve the problem of difficulty in power dispatch command,a situation aware power dispatch command system is proposed.The key technologies of situational awareness and the application modules of situational awareness in power dispatch are analyzed.The overall architecture and hardware architecture of the power dispatch command system based on situational awareness are proposed,and the system functions are analyzed.Functional analysis is carried out by combining dispatch command situation display,network command,power outage plan management,equipment status management,etc.The system interface is designed,and the application scenarios of the system are explained.A case study is conducted to demonstrate the high availability design of the proposed system.
