摘要
新一代运载火箭的贮箱具有尺寸大、结构复杂的特点,导致贮箱的容积不易精确测量。目前采用的容积测量系统采用人工处理的方式,且对大尺寸贮箱进行容积测量的效率较低,不能满足未来新一代运载火箭的多样化的密集发射需求。因此,研究设计了新一代运载火箭多工位贮箱容积测量系统,实现容积测量全过程的自动化,多工位协同控制新一代运载火箭贮箱容积测量系统,有效提升新一代运载火箭贮箱容积测量的准确度和测量效率。
The tank of the new generation launch vehicle has the characteristics of large size and complex structure,which makes it difficult to measure the volume of the tank accurately.The current volume measurement system adopts manual processing,and the efficiency of measuring the volume of large-size tanks is low,which can not meet the diversified intensive launch needs of the new generation of launch vehicles in the future.Therefore,this paper studies and designs the multi-station tank volume measurement system of the new generation launch vehicle to realize the automation of the whole process of volume measurement,and the multi-station cooperative control of the new generation launch vehicle tank volume measurement system to improve the accuracy and efficiency of tank volume measurement of the new generation launch vehicle.
