摘要
测振仪(振动检测仪)主要用于测量振动加速度、振动速度和振动位移,通常根据JJG 676-2019检定规程进行检定。为提高其检定效率,降低人工操作出错率,加强检定数据的管理,可结合机器视觉和图像处理技术,实现对读数的自动识别。即使用数字彩色CCD摄像机获取图片,利用图像处理算法精确定位读数区域,并在区域内分割数字模块组,通过数字识别技术获得真实读数。同时,结合上位机数据处理软件,加快检定记录和检定证书的制作速度。
Vitometer(vibration detector)is mainly used to measure vibration acceleration,vibration velocity and vibration displacement,and is usually verified according to JJG 676-2019 verification regulations.In order to improve the verification efficiency,reduce the error rate of manual operation and strengthen the management of verification data,the automatic recognition of readings can be realized by combining machine vision and image processing technology.That is,the digital color CCD camera is used to obtain the picture,the image processing algorithm is used to accurately locate the reading area,and the digital module group is divided in the area,and the real reading is obtained through the digital recognition technology.At the same time,combined with the data processing software of the upper computer,the production speed of verification records and verification certificates is accelerated.
