摘要
字辈,也叫做字派,是指名字中用于表示家族辈分的字。宋至明中期,贵州地区的大姓较早地使用了字辈取名法,主要采用了“转派”的方式使用字辈;明中后期,字辈取名法逐渐被卫所后裔、外省移民与部分原住民家族所使用;清代中期以后,贵州多地的字辈取名法使用出现了从“转派”到“流派”的演变,继而出现了各地宗族之间的字辈整合,字辈取名法逐渐得到规范和广泛使用。文章通过查阅相关史料并进行田野调查,对宋至清代贵州地区字辈取名法的生成及其演变进行探讨,以期对学界的深入研究提供帮助。
The generation name,also called Zi Pai,refers to the characters used in the name to indicate the generation of the family.During the Song to mid-Ming Dynasty period,the names of prominent families in Guizhou used the character generation naming method earlier,and mainly adopted the way of"Zhuan Pai".In the middle and late Ming Dynasty,the character generation naming method was gradually used by the descendants of the Guard Camps,immigrants from other provinces and some aboriginal families.After the mid-Qing Dynasty period,the generation naming method in many places of Guizhou appeared to evolve from"Zhuan Pai"to"Liu Pai",leading to an integration of generation names among various clans and the gradual standardization and widespread use of this naming method.Through consulting relevant historical documents and field investigations,this paper explores the generation and evolution of the name-generation method in Guizhou from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,aiming to contribute to more in-depth research in academia.
