智能楼房仓的工艺设计及发展趋势

Process Design of Intelligent Grain Building Warehouse

摘要 近年来,智能楼房仓由于其使用灵活、用地集约的明显优势,成为新建储备粮库的主要仓型之一。作为新型仓型,智能楼房仓建设仍处于探索阶段,其工艺包含进出粮输送系统和绿色储粮系统两方面。对楼房仓发展历程、参数确定、进粮系统、出粮系统、输送设备选用以及智能通风、熏蒸系统、智能控温系统和气调系统等内容进行了初步总结和分析。 In recent years,intelligent building warehouse has become one of the main warehouse types for new grain storage due to its obvious advantages of flexible use and intensive land use.As a new type of warehouse,the construction of intelligent building warehouse is still in the exploration stage,and its process includes two aspects:incoming and outgoing grain conveying system and green grain storage system.This paper summarizes and analyzes the development of building warehouse,parameter determination,conveying system,conveying equipment selection,intelligent ventilation,fumigation system,intelligent temperature control system and air regulation system.
