摘要
建党以来,中国共产党人不断探索中国对外开放之路,逐渐形成了中国特色社会主义对外开放思想,并不断深化和升华,从争取独立自主平等交往的早期探索阶段、开启国际通道的准备阶段,“引进来”为我所用的起步阶段、积极参与国际经济合作和竞争的深化阶段,发展到高水平开放、主动参与全球事务,提出中国全球发展主张的全面升华阶段。在历史的每一阶段,中国共产党抓住主要矛盾,瞄准国际大势,立足中国实际,在独立自主、自力更生的基础上推进对外开放,使得中国特色社会主义对外开放思想和实践成为中国不断发展进步的重要源泉,也日益成为促进世界经济和治理秩序取得进步的重要动力。
Since the founding of the Party,Chinese Communists have constantly explored China’s strategic path of opening up to the outside world,which gradually formed the thought of socialist opening up with Chinese characteristics.This idea continued to be deepened and sublimated,from the early exploration stage of striving for independent and equal exchanges with the outside world,to the preparation stage of opening international channels,to the initial stage of“invite in and let me use”,to the deepening stage of active participation in international economic cooperation and competition,finally developed to the full sublimation stage of a high level of openness,actively participated in global affairs and put forward China’s global development propositions.At every stage,the CPC has seized the principal contradiction,focused on the international trend,based on China’s reality,and promoted opening-up strategy on the basis of independence and self-reliance.The thought and practice of socialist opening-up with Chinese characteristics have become an important source of China’s continuous development and progress,and have increasingly become an important driving force for the progress of the world economic and governance order.
