摘要
弹簧支吊架在管道系统中应用广泛,但是设计、安装及投用过程不合理时往往导致弹簧支吊架应用失效。因此,结合工程实践对弹簧支吊架的设计原理、安装及投用过程典型问题进行了探讨,并就如何正确设计弹簧支吊架的载荷、3D管道模型审核阶段对弹簧支吊架审核要点、正确的投用弹簧支吊架等给出了建议。
Spring-supported hangers are widely used in piping systems,but unreasonable design,installation and commissioning processes often lead to failure of spring-supported hangers.Therefore,the design principle,installation and commissioning process of spring-supported hangers are discussed in the light of engineering practice,and suggestions are given on how to correctly design the load of spring-supported hangers,the key points of spring-supported hangers audit in the stage of 3D pipeline modeling audit,and the correct commissioning of spring-supported hangers.
