摘要
为解决矿井提升机故障排查困难、故障预警机制较差、故障排查效率较低等问题,对矿井提升机结构组成及故障原因进行分析,研究了矿井提升机远程预警诊断机制,利用磁平衡检测搭建了矿井提升机故障智能诊断装置,当钢丝绳内部钢丝产生裂纹时将会造成钢丝电阻值增大,对钢丝绳常见失效和断丝故障的准确检测,为钢丝绳使用寿命做出预警,提示及时更换钢丝绳,从而保证提升机的可靠运行。
In order to solve the problems of mine hoist fault troubleshooting difficulties,poor fault early warning mechanism,low fault troubleshooting efficiency,etc.,the structural composition of the mine hoist and the cause of the fault is analyzed,and the remote early warning diagnostic mechanism of the mine hoist is studied,and the mine hoist fault intelligent diagnostic device is constructed by using the magnetic balance detection,which will result in the increase of the resistance value of the steel wire when the steel wire inside the wire rope produces a crack,and the common failure of wire rope Accurate detection of common wire rope failures and wire breakage faults.For the service life of the wire rope to make early warning,prompting timely replacement of the wire rope,thus ensuring the reliable operation of the hoist.The application results provide reference for the later development of mine hoist fault diagnosis.
