摘要
压力容器作为一种特殊使用的机器,在石油、化工、建筑等产业中占据着重要的位置,往往因为各种因素如压力、高温、使用强度等原因产生安全隐患,甚至发生事故造成生命和财产的损失。为避免带来社会负面效应,必须要对压力容器的安全性严加控制。在压力容器的制造过程中,对其中最重要的一道焊接工序,要严格进行质量管理,它直接决定了压力容器的安全可靠程度。国家对压力容器的焊接颁布了相应的质量标准,严格按照数据对焊接接头的功能参数进行评核,对出现的常规性问题提出了解决方案。
Pressure vessel as a special use of the machine,in the petroleum,chemical,construction and other industries occupies an important position,often because of various factors such as pressure,high temperature,intensity of use and other reasons to produce safety hazards,and even accidents caused by the loss of life and property.In order to avoid bringing negative social effects,the safety of pressure vessels must be strictly controlled.In the manufacturing process of pressure vessels,the most important welding process,to be strictly quality management,which directly determines the degree of safety and reliability of the pressure vessel.The state of the pressure vessel welding issued by the corresponding quality standards,in strict accordance with the data on the functional parameters of the welded joints for evaluation,the emergence of routine problems proposed solutions.
