摘要
介绍了某冷箱液氧泵基础温度出现异常骤降现象后,经过查阅资料并分析原因,最终发现为冷箱液氧泵干气密封泄漏,随后提出对应解决方案并加强干气密封设备检修及维修,彻底消除了液氧泵干气密封泄漏影响,保证装置稳定运行。
This paper introduced a cold box liquid oxygen pump base temperature appeared abnormal drop phenomenon,after consulting the information and analysing the reasons,finally found that the cold box liquid oxygen pump dry gas seal leakage,and then put forward the corresponding solution and strengthen the dry gas seal equipment overhaul and maintenance,which eliminate the liquid oxygen pump dry gas seal leakage impact to ensure the stable operation.
