摘要
本文针对在线振动监测系统的基本定义、系统组成进行了分析,讨论了在线振动监测系统在监测设备运行状态、识别设备故障类型、进行设备故障预测、提前进行故障干预中的应用要点,研究了在线振动监测系统在大型设备故障诊断中的具体应用,其目的在于提高系统在故障预防及诊断中的应用效果,延长大型设备的使用寿命。
This paper analyzes the basic definition and system composition of online vibration monitoring systems.It discusses the application points of these systems in monitoring equipment operating conditions,identifying equipment fault types,predicting equipment failures,and intervening in faults in advance.The specific application of online vibration monitoring systems in the fault diagnosis of large-scale equipment is also investigated.The purpose is to enhance the application effectiveness of these systems in fault prevention and diagnosis,thereby extending the service life of large-scale equipment.
